Backyard Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients
- 1 rack of baby back pork ribs (approx. 2 lbs.)
- 1½ cups KC Masterpiece® Sweet Honey and Molasses Barbecue Sauce®
- 1/3 cup lager beer
- 2 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
Prep
- Bring a large stockpot of water to boil.
- Prepare a charcoal grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat.
Cook
- Boil the ribs, uncovered, for 45 minutes until cooked through. Make sure meat reaches an internal temperature of at least 145ºF.
- While the meat is cooking, combine the KC Masterpiece® sauce, beer and spicy brown mustard in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
- When the ribs are done, remove from the water and pat dry. Grill for about 10 minutes, basting regularly with the sauce mixture.
- Serve immediately.
