2 Ingredient Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken
Ingredients
- 4-5 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 bottle KC Masterpiece® Kentucky Bourbon Barbecue Sauce®
- 4 sandwich buns
- 1/4 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
Prep
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker and pour in the KC Masterpiece® sauce (option: use a disposable liner for easy cleanup). Turn meat until evenly coated
Cook
- Cover and cook the chicken on high for 4 hours. Make sure the meat reaches an internal temperature of at least 165ºF. When the chicken is done, use 2 forks to shred the meat.
- Scoop the meat onto the buns and top with cabbage and red onion. Serve immediately.
